Gary Stocks (1956-)

Gary Stocks grew up in Launceston, Tasmania. As a young adult, Gary travelled widely and worked in hospitality. When he moved to Sydney, Gary got involved with the Sydney party scene, Mardi Gras and the Sydney Harbour Bears. Gary began working for the Sydney Star Observer in 2000 and talks extensively about operations at the Star Observer and trends in gay publishing.
