Join us for a guided tour of Sydney’s gay history.
2020 marks the 30th Anniversary History Walk hosted by the Sisters of the Order of Perpetual Indulgence. The walk will be led by eminent historian and author, Robert French who will provide historic commentary throughout the walk. Participants are also invited to share their stories. Join us as we delve into the gay history of the heart of the city focusing on the colonial period.
Time: 9:45AM for a 10:00AM start
Cost: This is a free event.
What to bring: Wear sensible shoes, sun screen, a hat and of course be prepared for the weather. The walk should take approximately two hours.
